Whether in residence year-round or on occasion, owners are welcome to the peace-of-mind that comes with a superior level of upkeep and supervision by Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina.

The Resort Rental Program: Each residence, villa and suite will be a wholly and privately owned asset with owners having the option to have their property maintained and rented by the professional resort management team. Those who do participate in the rental program can choose to use their home whenever they desire throughout the year. During the remainder of the year, the management team will continually manage and operate a full-service resort, maintaining the grounds and public areas of Scrub Island.
